What you share

Valuably collects your contact details and the business information you enter to calculate and explain an estimated value. Atlantic Coast can access submissions to operate the service. Submitting a valuation does not request personal advisor outreach.

Who can see your results

You can complete the questions before signing in. Unsubmitted answers may be held in this browser tab for up to 24 hours while you sign in. A verified account using the same email is required to calculate and save your report on our server and open it from another device. Other owners and referring professionals do not receive access. You control sharing a downloaded PDF.

Introductions from professional firms

If you arrive through a firm’s referral link, we keep its referral code in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and may associate that firm with a report you choose to save. Atlantic Coast uses this attribution to understand professional introductions. It does not give the referring firm access to your answers, contact details or report, and it does not request personal outreach.

Email and reminders

We use Resend to deliver report-ready emails and requested valuation reminders. If you choose reminders, we send a reminder every six months to update your numbers. Each reminder includes an unsubscribe link that stops valuation reminders for that email address. Personal outreach is requested separately. Unsubscribing from reminders does not delete saved reports or stop account-security emails.

Keeping and removing information

We retain submitted information and saved snapshots to operate the service and support historical comparisons. Expiry of a browser session does not delete the underlying report. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@atlanticcoastbrokerage.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.

Services that help us operate Valuably

Base44 provides app hosting, data storage and account authentication. Resend processes email delivery. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes that sign-in. Booking a meeting opens Calendly, which processes the information you provide there under its own privacy notice. We share information with these providers as needed to operate those features.

Downloads

PDFs are generated when requested. Once downloaded or shared, the recipient controls their copy; protect it as you would other private business information.
